AY labs presents a new version of a clipboard manager - Memorizer eXP

Program Description
-------------------

Do you do any word processing, presentations, email or web surfing? If yes, then
Memorizer was designed for you!

Memorizer is an extender of Windows Clipboard. Memorizer monitors all operations
with clipboard and stores all data that is copied to clipboard making it
available for later use. Now clipboard can store not only a single piece of data
but any number of them, with Memorizer your clipboard becomes a very convenient
tool!

Memorizer works with all types of clipboard data including text,
bitmaps, vector graphics, OLE-objects, etc. Moreover, if you want to edit or
view saved data, Memorizer will launch an appropriate application that can
handle the data - for example if you copy some text and graphics from MS Word,
Memorizer will launch MS Word.

Before exiting Memorizer automatically saves all stored data to the database
file and reads it on startup. Memorizer is easily accessible through an icon
in the system tray (system tray is a place near the clock) or a configurable
hotkey.

One of the most outstanding feature of Memorizer is that using innovative
technique to operate with clipboard it does not hang even if some buggy
application damages the clipboard chain. Moreover Memorizer correctly works with
very large amounts of clipboard data, it does not cause an access violation
error in the source application.

Summarize these features with a configurable color themes, menu fonts, etc. and
you will get a brief picture of Memorizer!

What's new in Memorizer 2.xx?
-----------------------------

Moving from Memorizer 1.xx to Memorizer 2.xx the source code was completely
rewritten. It is now faster and uses less memory.

We kept the same user interface as in 1.xx releases, except addition of
"source icons". "Source icons" is a nice option that makes Memorizer to display
an icon of an application from which the clipboard data was copied. This
reminds you when-and-why you copied the data. Practically this option is
very convenient.

Setup program now uses a block-sorting compression method, this reduced the size
of a self-extracting executable by about 50%.

Configuration options are now stored separately for different users even under
Windows 95/98/ME.

Finally the central feature of the new release of Memorizer is that using
innovative technique to operate with clipboard it does not hang even if a
third party buggy application damages the clipboard chain. We have to mention
that all other clipboard managers that we tried lacked this feature that made
them nearly unusable as an always-running utilities.

What's new in Memorizer 2.5 comparing to 2.01?
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

Moving to version 2.5 the code that generates preview windows was heavily
rewritten.

Now preview windows correctly shows very large pictures and formatted-text
fragments.

Several minor bug-fixes concerning non US locales.

Moved large hash-tables into a DLL. This DLL is loaded only when needed.

This new version gives you clean 30-day trial even
if you already used the previous version of Memorizer.

What's new in Memorizer eXP 5.0?
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

Major improvements were made to allow tight integration with Windows XP.

Preview tool-tips now support all standard, OLE2 and ActiveX data types.

Improved compression algorithm by about 15% for multimedia data.

URLs are now opened in new browser's windows.

Several interface design improvements were made including icon and tooltip
smoothing.

What's new in Memorizer eXP 5.1?
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

Added context actions menu that could be accessed with a right click on the clip
or with a shortcut 'M'.

Added several capture modes including "smart capture", "ignore pictures", and
"capture all" - these modes control which data formats need to be stored by Memorizer.

Several useful actions such as Lock/UnLock and Remove UnLocked were added.

Now, if you copy a file (or folder) Memorizer automatically puts a text string with
the file's name to Clipboard. This allows you quickly get a file name
(with complete path) for example in order to insert in a text document.

Improved support for non-Internet Explorer web browsers.
