Guten Tag Herr Heller,

leider knnen wir Ihren Artikel fr den OOPSLA-Workshop "How to Use
Ontologies and Modularization to Explicitly Describe the Concept Model
of a Software Systems Architecture" so nicht akzeptieren.

Vortrag ber Ihren Artikel stattfinden.

Concerning the workshop we have the following situation:

We got four interesting submission, of which we accepted three papers.
The fourth will possibly be rewritten. If one author of each paper
participates, we will be about 7 participants, including the organizers.

The question arises whether or not the workshop should take place, maybe
in an altered way. As your travel expenses to OOPSLA and your
participation are not cheap, we would like to know your point of view.
Would you nevertheless be interested to participate, and how many
authors would participate?

We think, especially if we are a small group, we can be very productive!
We suggest the following organization for the workshop:

* reduce it to 4-6 hours
* focus even more on discussions, including topics
independent of the submitted papers (about concept models,
  Ontologies, architectures etc.)
* start a joint effort to write a paper about the discussion results

We - the organizers - are very interested in starting an ongoing
discussion with you, but of course we would accept your decisions. We
hope the workshop will take place together with you!

Please answer quickly by Friday, September 12, if possible, as the
workshop organization depends on it.

BTW: We would like to remind you of the OOPSLA deadline for reduced
rates: Thursday, 18 September 2003

Kind regards,
Petra Becker-Pechau, Joerg Pechau, Martin Lippert,
