INSTALL
-------

If it was me I would just either use it from the current directory you
untarred in, or install it into /usr/local/sbin.

To put it in /usr/local/sbin:

1. Become root or whatever user you need to be to put things in /usr/local/sbin.
2. cp cvsdadm to /usr/local/sbin/cvsdadm
3. chmod 755 /usr/local/sbin/cvsdadm
4. Youre done.

Have fun with it. I hope that cvsdadm is helpful to someone.
